Sleeping Baby


Thank you so much for your interest in the Sleep Shaping programme for 4-6 month old babies.

In November and December 2021 I want to work closely with a few families who are struggling with their babies’ sleep to help them implement a new routine, cut down on feeding/rocking/holding to sleep, improve the length and quality of their baby’s naps and finally get that solid sleep that they crave. 

Please note - I don’t recommend the cry it out method.

This programme will be a beta test which means you will be asked for your feedback on the individual elements and the course as a whole, which will feed into how it is run in the future. You are receiving a huge discount on the future price in exchange for your honest feedback and for a testimonial (if you are happy with it of course!)

Here’s a few things you’ll get:

  • A sleep log to chart your progress 

Here’s how it will work: 

  • Understanding why your baby struggles to sleep:

    You’ll receive access to a number of short videos (and transcripts if that’s what you prefer) to watch at your own pace, and come back to if you need to. These will be marked in the suggested order you should watch them, but you do of course have total freedom.

  • A proven strategy for teaching your baby to self-settle:

    Follow one of the two suggested routes, with gentle, easy to follow steps and you’ll see a difference within just a few days. 

  •  Mindset:

    You’ll learn about the difference between your child’s wants vs needs and how having the right mindset can help you to get through the ‘mum guilt’. 

  • Tailoring the solution to you and your child:

    I’ll teach you the different, gentle solutions you could  use in your sleep plan and help you to choose the right one 

  • Implementation:

    You’ll implement the step by step process whilst on the programme and I’ll be there to  support you every step of the way 

Here’s how you and I will work together to make this happen: 

The system: Delivered over 4 weeks via short pre-recorded trainings. You can watch and work through the trainings at any time, day  or night. Work through them at your own pace, or all in one go!  

The support: You will have access to a private What’sApp group with me and other families on the programme. On here you can get mine and others’ help with anything you’re struggling with, from questions about the videos to support with implementation. 

The resources: The 4 week programme will take place online and via a private What’s App group where you  can ask questions and get immediate feedback from me and other mums on the programme.  

The extras: If you would like to add on a private 1:1 phone call with me to discuss any aspect of the programme, from questions about the content to emotional support with the implementation, you can do so at any time for a small additional cost. 

We start on Monday 15th November and finish on Sunday 12th December.

Who is this for? 

  • Exhausted parents who’ve had enough of struggling for hours at bedtime only to be woken an hour later, parents who are being woken multiple times in the night, seeing the sunrise at 4.30am every day and/or only not getting any time to themselves as baby will only nap on them.  

  • Parents who have time and energy (well, to some extent!) to put the work in to get their child/children to sleep better. 

  • Parents who are committed to finding a solution and are ready to make changes (leave your excuses  at the door – this system only works if you’re committed to it) 

  • Parents who have a fairly clear diary for the period 15/11 - 12/12. This doesn’t mean you have to be  at home every day, just no holidays or significant life events taking place. 

  • People with children aged 4 - 6 months within the time frame.

Who is this not for?  

  • People who want a bespoke solution. This is a programme that will work for the majority of families with standard challenges (please feel free to run these past me), but it won’t cater to every eventuality 

  • Parents who want to continue to co-sleep with their children. Sleep training can be done whilst co-sleeping, but it is very difficult and not suitable to work through on a programme like this 

  • Anyone who thinks sleep training, no matter how gentle, is easy. It’s not. You have to be committed to making changes and  sticking with them, even if it means getting out of bed 8 times a night for the first couple of nights

What’s all this going to cost me?  

I’ll probably charge around £150+ for this going forwards, but as a beta test, in exchange for your feedback, the investment is £50.
