There is so much to think about when having a baby, and sleep (or lack of it!) could be one of your concerns. My antenatal/newborn package has been specially created to give you the knowledge and understanding about your new baby's sleep, so you can focus on other things.
This package includes:
A detailed plan which we will discuss in our consultation. It includes what to expect with a newborn, the science behind newborn sleep and how this changes as your child gets older. The techniques covered will help you to shape your child's sleep and prepare them for healthy habits in the long term
A 60 minute online consultation. We will discuss your plan in detail and you will have the opportunity to ask lots of questions. We will cover newborn sleep needs and sleep cycles, routines and how to teach your baby the difference between night and day.
The purpose of this package is not to get your baby sleeping through the night, as most children aren't ready to until at least 12 weeks old. You will be equipped with the tools to create healthy and long lasting sleep habits.
